Modem (Com Port) don't disconnect

Hello,

I have Win2k SP4 and a USR Sportster Flash Modem
After beeing online, if I try to disconnect nothing happens
and I stay connected. Disconnect can only be forced be shutdown or switch off of the modem. I have tried the Sportster driver of Microsoft and USR as well as the standard modem driver of MS.
