Your probably all thinking this is so simple, well I hope your all right!!
I have a modem installed on one of our machines it is set to dial out to a remote server in order to do this it has to dial a 9 to get out of our internal phone systems. The modem is all set up and working properly and was working before we moved office.
Now it reports there is no dial tone. The phone line is live and is part of our internal PABX system. I cant for the life of me figure out whats causing this, I have used several modem cables and checked the device is installed properly. Please help
