Win 98 detected the new card when I plugged it in and prompted for driver software. After installing the driver, clicking on "Info" in the modem control panel causes Win 98 to blue screen. Pressing any key closes the control panel and the PC goes back to normal as if nothing happened. Trying to initiate a call does the same thing. Installing latest driver downloaded from Creative does the same thing. Waiting for Creative Tech support to even acknowledge my e-mail cause me to go blue in the face. Putting my old modem back in allowed me to start this thread. Any suggestions, other than flinging the card out the window, are welcome.

Thanks,
Steve

creative likes to use set irq's and interupts. you might want to check in controll panel and see if you have this going. might have to change the i's and i's for your vid card or something else.
