Does anyone know of a modeling/optimization/ linear-programming add-in or tool to use with Cognos PowerPlay/Impromptu or Oracle?

Some other needs: Integer Linear program, non-integer program iterative processing, multi-objective optimization

Did you try SQL Navigator? There was a free 30 day trial available, it may still be. There are many options in there. Maybe what you need is in there. Not sure.
