modeless dialog box

hi,
i a have parent dialog with a button displayed..on click of button another dialog box will appear..in that 2nd popped up dialog(modeless) i want to display in a static box the message "hello"..
now on click of the button the modeless dialog will open but i don't know how to write in static box in modeless dialog...

can someone pls help as soon as possible
