Model View does not work

Hello,
Does anyone know how to force a model view refresh? Someone told me that in visual studio you can delete a few files and that will force the app to refresh. Is there anything similar in builder? For normal projects, I get a nice refresh button. However, since this was an upgrade, I get nothing.
