Model Number for NEC 2-lines analog phone

Hi, I am not familiar with NEC at all. One of my off-site location having problem hearing people on the phone. That location is using NEC PBX and provide in-house phone. I want to know the model number for NEC 2-lines analog phone.
The line 1 and 2 buttons are on the right side and the other buttons are on the bottom and there is no display.

I also want to know if this phone has headset capability.

Surely the model number is on the phone. Are you sure it is an analogue and not a dterm 2?

They took off the label so there is no model bumber at all. Yes, it is analog because I already tested with mu analog test set.
