I came accross a Lucent Partner ACS Model 103G4. From poking around on the web, I have determined that I have an ACS 308 R3 sitting in front of me. Can some one verify this?

From reading through some of the other threads I understand this to be the Processor as it is not a 308EC. As the E stands for expansion module and the C stands for caller id capable.

So my question is can the ACS 308, operating stand alone,
provide caller id?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If the unit you have contains card slots, and paging and MOH inputs, you do have a processor. All ACS processors provide caller ID capability. You can verify the software version by pressing Feature 59 from any display phone connected to the ACS. Brian Cox
