mod_webapp (warp) question

I've been using mod_webapp to connect Tomcat 4.1.18 to Apache 1.3 Lately I've been seeing the follwong message:

(pr_warp_config.c:204) Deny URL mapping ...

in my apache error_log file. This occurs frequently (for every mapping in my web.xml file) and seems to cause access problems for my clients while it occurs.

I haven't been able to find any doc on how Warp logs things, and am hoping someone has seen this before.
