mod_webapp.so + apache2 on win2000

Does anyone know how to get mod_webapp.so to work on apache2? I just upgraded my server from 1.3 and the connector does not work anymore. I've looked online and haven't been able to find anything. I greatly appreciate any help that someone can provide.
