Hello!

I had a problem recently with Apache. When starting up, it issued an error message along the lines of...
Code:
Syntax error on line nnn of httpd.conf: Cannot load apache/modules/mod_ssl.so: (127) The specified procedure could not be found:

The module was definitely in the path Apache was looking at. Why could it not be found?

Cheers,
Dave.

I had this problem just last nightwhen I was creating my new install system for a package we distribute.

It turned out I was miswriting the ServerRoot directive. All includes/conf/modules etc are based off that.

Check ServerRoot, maybe its misconfigured.
