mod_rewrite on win32

i try to use mod_rewrite on win32-apache

i have troubles make it works

i does the same conf than

http://www.dsvr.co.uk/support/reference/webserver/modrewrite.phtml

but it doesn't works

what could have i forget (the loadmodule is ok)
should i have a debug log of what happend to my url ??

i steel get my default VirtualHost homepage ...
