mod_logio - help installing

Hi All,

I am fairly new to Apache but I have a request from a programmer to install the mod_logio in order to run some type of web traffic tool. I have RedHat 6.2 with apache installed (not sure how to tell what version). Can anyone point me in the right direction of how to get this module installed?
