I think I know the answer to this, but I always like to submit this information to the experts to point me in the right direction.
I am putting Cisco ACS onto a new server. I will install ACS with a disk and then copy the current files from the old to the new. Are there any special steps that need to be taken after installing the application and then copying the existing files from old to new????
Now for the PIX 515....I can only find one line of config in the PIX 515 that points the authentication to ACS. The line is:
aaa-server TACACS+ (inside) host 192.168.1.1 $$TF_acs! timeout 10.
My thought is that all I need to do is change that one line of config to the new server IP correct? Hopefully you understand what I am mentioning and that my steps are correct. Please comment.
Thanks,
Scott
