Mobo/Processor...Are They Compatible?

I think they are compatible, but I would just like to make sure before purchasing them. I would just like one of you guys to double check and make sure these two are compatible. You know, make sure I didn't miss any specs.

Oh, and guys I am so grateful for any help you guys have giving me so far on the process of building my first PC.
 
Yes - those two should work together. You will need DDR 400 RAM to go with the board for the best use and either serial ATA 150 (preferable) or UDMA100 or 133 hard drives if money is tight, additionally an 8x or 4x AGP graphics card.
