I am trying to setup mobility to tranfer unanswered calls at one extension to another extension , then a cell phone and if still unanswered voicemail.

What version CallManager? Version 6.0 will do this but prior versions once it is sent to a cell phone it will stay in the cell phone mailbox.

I'm running the 6.1 applicance version with Linux as the OS.

I guess I kind of mis-spoke. You can have the call ring on the desk and cell phone at the same time. Then depending on the Forward to Voicemail after X rings settings on the IP phone and the cell, the call can end up in either box.

This will work using standard CFNA settings as long as you want it to end up in the cell phone mailbox. I don't know that you can 'pull' the call back after it is CFNA to a cell phone and put the Caller back in the original phones mailbox.

The only way I can think of possibly doing this would be quite complicated. You'd need to set up a CTI port that has Mobility set up as the IP side of the cell phone. Then after the second phone didn't answer, it would CFNA to both the CTI port and cell then set the CTI port CFNA setting to lower than the cell CFNA setting. Theoretically, then the call would end up at the orignal phones mailbox.
