Hi,
I recently bought a Mobility USB Hub with serial port. While the performance once installed meets expectation.... I have a problem with BOOT-UP. If I leave it plugged in --- the system locks up. I have to wait until Windows fully loads then plug it in.
Here's the KICKER!!! I call Mobility and ask why this is occurring. They say that sometimes happens --- just unplug it between boot ups.
Does this answer seem for real.... a recognized problem and the company acts indifferent.
Given a system lock-up at boot with my company's product.... I would bend over backwards to fix the problem. What do you think?
