Mobility Template

Hello,

So I've configured Mobility for myself to call my cell phone when my desk phone is called. What I'm wondering is there a way to build a standard template that can be assigned to anyone and then they can update their cell phone number? Right now I'm building a Remote Destination and Remote Destination Profile for each user that has requested this. Currently running on CUCM 10.5.2. Thanks

If memory serves me right there's certain things they can do from the ucmuser webpage.
Is that what you are asking?

I agree. I am pretty sure they can edit it from the cmuser page.

Thanks for the replies. So I enabled Services for the Self Care Portal and you can now see where you can add a cell phone or whatever. However, don't you have to build a Remote Destination and Remote Destination Profile for each person before the user can set that up? I'm trying to avoid that but if it's as easy as going to the Self Care Portal and adding a cell phone then that would be great.

You still need to build the RDP but they can manage it themselves. Unless your users are very savvy you will end up troubleshooting and fixing it all anyway.

I forgot to mention that you can add the profiles using BAT, you dont need to add them one at a time, less tedious.
