I am installing mobile x on a CS1000 6.0 system. It works well on incoming calls however I when I call the MSA number I don't get dial tone. When I dial the MSA number it activates the extension on my desk top but nothing happens.

Can anyone help?

So the simring feature works?
And you want to call into your system and make calls, is that right?

What about printouts of your system?
Have you made the PSTN route to an MobX route?

did you build Virtual TDS/CONF loops on your media gateways and also XTD´s

I think that is your problem

I had the same problem on a 5.5 upgrade we just completed and realized that I hadn't built any DTRs on the two new loops I added. After building those it worked fine.
