mobile user vpn connection blank

I have a site that uses the mobile user vpn to connect to there office. All the machine are working fine except for one that has a rule setup but shows the connection as blank. The machine is running ME, i have tried unistalling the client and reinstalling but no success. Any help will be much appreciated.
