Mobile Twinning

Is there a way that the caller ID of twinned incoming call will be the one to appear in mobile?

@rsv23 - Can you confirm the version of IP Office you're running and the type of lines (SIP, analogue, PRI, etc)

Hi tac84, it is Avaya IP Office 500V2 R.11 and it is PRI line.

@rsv23 - Try this:

In Manager-
System | Line | PRI Line tab

Select 'Send original calling party for forwarded and twinning calls' located at the bottom left.

Save, test and let me know. I may have missed something but others may reply to the post to assist who have worked with PRI lines more.
