Hey Folks, I have 3 sites all working on RLS 11.1.0.2 and the SIP trunks for inbound and outbound work great. Call the direct lines and mobile twinning engages. I have the SIP header SIP NAME and CONTACT both filled in.

In the SIP Call details I have 2 URIs. One for the outbound which works perfect to send the caller ID and numbers we want.

But why can't I get the extension to extensions to send off? I know its cause its sending 2xx or 3xx as the extension and the SIP line is rejecting that caller ID. But what check box possibly on here would override an internal call to go out as 555-555-5555 vs 221.

It only is an issue for sets with no ICRs. so if I add an ICR with a ! and point it, done, but doesn't send caller ID. Sends no caller ID. Would really like to prevent that from going out like that.

Any thoughts?

How did you set up your 2 URIs? Using auto, internal or a number?

The first URI I have it set to

Display Content Outgoing Forward/twin Incoming
Credentiasx2 Explicit all 3

For the Contact
Autox2 Caller Original Called

The outbound URI I a using
Both Display and Content set to Autox2

For the forwarding its caller Original Called.

have you configured the sip settings of your users?

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
