Hi,
I have trouble to connect a Telenet (Provider) SIP over Coax trunk on a IPO 9.1.
All works fine except mobile twining and FWU (without using “Moved Temporarily 302”).
Setup is OK but no RTP.
Both call-legs are active but there is no RTP after the 200OK towards the PBX. Avaya tells me that they are waiting for Telenet to send RTP and the provider TELENET tells me that they need to receive the RTP from the IP Office. Manual FW to an external number is working fine.
Has someone this SIP over Coax from Telnet fully running and tested on twinning and FWU?

note: Telenet is a Belgium Provider.

Thanks

I've seen this when the NAT setup in LAN1>Network Topology isn't quite right.

Just had some feedback from the Provider.
Seems they need to do an update on the One-Access IAD to solve the problem. No NAT problem.

Thanks anyway.
