Hi, I'm new to Exchange 2003 and I'm hoping someone can help me out.
We are just starting to use smart phones for some of our sales reps and I'm running into a small issue with email attachments that don't show up in OMA.
I have OMA enabled under global settings with all the options checked. However in AD if I look under the exchange features tab for the user, I see no mobile service listed as a feature. The only thing under exchange features is instant messeging.
According to Microsoft after checking all the options in gobal settings I should see mobile service under exchange features for each user.
Anyone have any ideas?
