I'm hoping someone else has already gone through this and can point me in the right direction.

We just attempted to install several Motorola MC55 devices running mobile Micros. The first device joined the network, ran CAL and Micros without a problem. The issues started when I started adding more MC55 devices to the same network. They wouldn't stay connected long enough to run CAL.

Does anyone have any advice or suggested settings for the MC55? We plan to take steps to rule out the Access point we are using as the cause, but I thought I would throw this out there in case it is the MC55 devices.

thanks, DrZogg
It looks like this is for the MC50 and Windows Mobile 5?
My issue is not configuring the Micros software. I got the devices (MC55) from Micros and they are running Windows Mobile 6 and already have CAL installed.

The problem is when I try to connect more than one of these devices to the same network. They will not stay connected to the wireless access point. Are there specific settings on the device that are needed for them to function on WiFi?

Hi,
Have you tried taking the settings back to an open system to see if the connections still drop? What is the access point model? Can you connect to the wireless network with your laptop and test?
