Mobile Extension - SL2100

Howdy

Is it possible for a mobile extension to change the time mode if they dial in? I'm trying to setup a mobile extension using callback but cannot get this working (using SIP trunks) and unable to dial anything once I dial the test trunk and presented with dial tone.
