I've installed the latest MSL from MOL (ensuring it's correct for the ME blade)
Installed the blade fine, but when I click on the Mobile Extension Hyperlink I get the following message:

Service Temporarily Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

I've got no idea why. I did the same install last week and have had no problem with that install. The only difference is that the working site has two network cards, where as the none working copy has only one.

Can you please provide software versions?

I had something similar to this on UCA 3.0. It turned out some service was going haywire and eating up all my memory and processor resources. I was able to find this by going to the System Monitoring display (under server mgr) and looking at the mem/cpu usage through there. I would check there first and make sure there isnt aything pinged out in there.

voipin, it's Mitel Standard Linux 9.0.22.0
Mobile Extension V1.7.111.0 blade

Did you try to reinstall blade?

SSH into server and see if all service have loaded.

Is the server on the Mitel Qualified Hardware List or is it a white box?

Did you verify that iso files downloaded do not have errors?
Downloading software via http is known to introduce errors.

"How to verify your downloaded image files do not contain errors:
The procedure to produce media from MOL images involves several steps to download and burn media. It is strongly suggested that you use the following procedure to check the md5sum of the downloaded image before you use it to create a CD/DVD. Any mismatch between the published md5sum and the sum you calculate using the following md5sums.exe utility indicate an error has been introduced during the download process. You must download a new copy of the iso file and verify the sum again and ensure it matches the published checksum before you use it to create a CD/DVD.

The md5sums.exe DOS utility can be used to calculate the md5sums of the images you download from MOL. Download the utility to the same directory where you stored the iso images."

See Mitel Application Suite software 2.0 download for utility.

Gave up on trying to fix this. As the server was a virtual server, I deleted it, downloaded the MSL again, installed re-registered the service link and bam, it's working again.
