Mobile Extension in BC12SP2

I`m missing two functions now:

1. MEX can not make a consultationcall
2. MEX will not hear Music-on-hold, when beeing hold

So my question. Is it absolutely necessary to have SPU4 (DTMF-Receiver)in system or ist it only nice to have and the TMU will take over all needed functions?

It is clearly stated by E/// that, in BC12, you MUST use DTMF32 board. so your problems are due to this...
