Mobile Device Restrictions With ActiveSync

I need advice on how to restrict mobile phones to a particular user account in exchange.
We are running Exchange Server 2007, Version: 08.01.0340.000
Everything is running fine, and ActiveSync is running fine as well.

We have a mix of mobile phones in our agency, and we are now pushing iPhones for replacement of all mobile phones. All of the users that have agency phones receive email through ActiveSync, We setup the settings in the phone before the user gets the mobile phone, what we are trying to find information on, is how do we restrict what phones connect to the Exchange server. Right now if a user knows the email settings to connect what is to stop them from putting the settings in their personal mobile phone.

Is there a way in Exchange to say only connect this mobile device, per ID or Serial Number to this user, and only connect mail to this device and not any other mobile device????

You can certainly disable activesync for all users other than who you're giving phones to. You can also see Henrik's series on Mobile Messaging in Exchange 2007
