Mobile Connect ON, but can not transfer to Cell

Working in CUCM 6.0.1

I just set up a user with Mobility to their Cell Phone. I copied the settings from my profile exactly with the exception of the CSS as he is in another office, but it matches what is on his phone.

His Cell Phone rings out simultaneously as expected.
If he has a call on his cell phone he can disconnect it and he can then pick it up from his Desk Phone (7961).

When on a call he clicks Mobility and all he sees is a screen that says "MobileConnect On" and the only option is exit.
If I do it I have a list (1 item) that I can select from and it transfers to my cell.

Suggestions on where to look?
 
In call manager, go to Device - remote destination, make sure all that matches up with yours for check marks and information as appropriate.
