I have an SMS environment consisting of 3 different SMS sites. After deploying SMS, I find that 25% of my user community have LAPTOP computers that travel frequently between sites.
I realize that the end-user can select the Mobile Computer option in SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT (located in Control Panel on the client machine) to specify that the computer travels between sites. However, I can not rely on the end user to perform this tasks. (My user community is "slow"...if you know what I mean.)
Is there a way to globally set all computers to have the MOBILE COMPUTER check box..checked off. This way all laptops will automatically become able to travel between sites. I know that all my static desktops and servers will also have the Mobile Computer box checked off too...but I don't think this will cause a problem.
Please let me know what you think....thanks...
