Hello all, has anyone installed the mobile extension solution on a cell phone and is it worrking the mobile client through internet?

yea. whats the question? do you already have the software loaded on the phone? what type of cell phone are you using.

Basically when you provision the mobile extension user for a mobile client license, the cell phone will then recieve intructions via text message with a link to download the client. My ME server is in server gateway mode, so the mobile phone is communicating to the public ip address I have assigned to the server.

Thanks, I have already all set up on my network and also on my DNS, if I try to open the External Mobile Extension Server URL, which is more or less like this I always get this
"""Please enable REST support in WEB-INF/conf/axis2.xml and WEB-INF/web.xml"""

What URL do you use to access from your cell phone to the Mobile server for the first time before you receive the text message?

I have two cell HTC and a Black berry Gold

Thanks alot.

Yes but what did you do before that?

When you log into mobile extension server manager, and click on the users. Once you are on the user page, click the checkbox on the phone you want to provision. then up at the top of the page click the provision butto. this should take you to the "Mobile Client Provisioning Settings for Desktop Extension xxxx" page. Check the box for mobile client license, then enter the phone number under cell phone number mine looks like 92145555555, under international sms number i have 12145555555, and your vm pilot number goes in the last field. Once your done click save. after that go back into the same screen and click the provision button from there. then you should get the txt message

Excelent I was missing that thanks alot.
