Does anyone know if there is a prefix which allows you to call mobiles and go directly to the recipients voice mail even if the phone is not diverted. I believe this service is available in France but have not seen this service in the UK.
Alternatively a list of prefixes for each carrier would also suffice.
You can do this with Orange, by calling your voice mail choosing option 2 and typing in the users phone number but this obviously won't work from a landline, hence the question.
