MobEx no audio with mobile twinned phone

Hi

I have installed and configured a ME server (ME version 1.1.28, MAS version 7.0.2.9, ICP 7.1.4.9).

It seems to work ok but I have no audio when twinned mobile phone is called.
Main set is ok.

I had the same problem when I use an internal set. It works after having called the monitor line (weird)....

Has anyone had the same problem ???

What your your set types programmed as on the 3300 (no guessing now, double check!).

Have you rebooted the server (not a solution, but just checking - ps. people: never allow a 'reboot' to be a solution, temporary fix only).

Can you pls also provide a very basic network topology as well (ICP & MME only).

Why type of trunks are you using? PRI, SIP? etc.

I'be found out..
THe trouble was about trusted LAN;
ME server is in data LAN
ICP in Voice LAN
Voice LAN has to be declared (but router IP adress is the data router adress)

had the same prob. you MUST add the various networks that your voice reside in, to your trusted networks on the MAS server.
