Anybody ever configure a DPNSS pipe to 02 mobile ? Cant seem to find what setting are required. Ive managed to get the channels idle but cant dial out. What are the circuit/link descriptor settings ment to look like ?

Have you tried to send enbloc?
From memory O2 mobex links require this to be set
