MO Status Changes after MRP run

Hi All ,

We're having some issues with MO status , and was hoping I could get some feedback on this...

We change our MO's that need to be released on a weekly basis , we change from open >> released

After our MRP run , a select few will revert back to there original open status , there is no consistency with the error ie: different MO's , different items , different dates , some use Arc BOM's some are using MFG ,

Has anyone else in GP land ever had an issue like this?

Are you overriding inventory shortage, this might be causing the issue.

We have MRP and running every night but never encountered this issue. We don't override shortage or variance.
