I am sending out a request to see if anyone in the Mitel community has ever put together an end user guide for the 3300 system admin. The initial sys admin is done by my design team but when it comes to sitting down with the client I don't want to have to give them a 200 page Technician Handbook as a reference. I am looking more for a brief document that would outline, logging in and performing move, add, or change type admin at the system level.Naturally with a limited access login but enough to do what needs to be done.
I was given an old document to look at but unfortunately it doesn't cover much of the later releases beyond 6.0
Any assistance would be very much appreciated.
Regards.

My opinion for what it is worth.

There are too many differences from site to site to have a generic system admin guide for a novice user.

The Group Admin Tool is designed for a novice user and requires very little training.

I agree...It's difficult enough to document site specific configuration when each department is set up differently, especially when you throw a call center and hotdesk agents into the mix. I can't imagine trying to come up with something so generic that it would be of any use to a novice.
