MMM

Hi All

I have managed to get Every module with MMM going however I am unable to run reports. The configuration is fine, however you run say the MMM summary report it returns no data, you see archiver processing the Email when a agent finishes dealing and gives a interaction result eg: indexing takes place on archiver, so it must be writing to archiversql database.

Just wondering if anybody has managed to get the standard MMM reports to run.

Also how do you report on Interaction Results for all of the queues. ??

Was it the reporting on everything or just the e-mail ? what did you do to make it work ?
