MMM Requirements and Software

Hey all. I have this request in at Avaya as well but does anybody have links or where I can obtain the MMM software, Install Docs and System requirements?

You have to buy it from Avaya or a BusinessPartner.
You cannot buy just the software, it must run on the Avaya provided server.

Wait, do you mean Modular Messaging or Message Manager?
Or some other MM? Either way this message should actually be on the Definity systems forum, and there is a modular messaging forum now as well.

In the IP Office world MMM = Multi-Media Module, and suite of software that adds further functions to CCC.

I'm not a CCC user/fiddler but I think MMM still isn't supported on CCC V5.

Whoops, I read that as MM, glossed over the third M

Install MMM from the CCC V4 CD

You can install it from the MMM folder on the CD

It will put icons in the INDeX folder if you do it this way

If you go through the cd's standard setup it come up under CCC
