Hi,

I've noticed in the postings (and in practice) that RID is not available for software version 5.1.00.1

Is there anyway to emulate the RID command functionality?

I want to shedule a divert to a mobile phone out of hours and then undivert it during office hours. I'd like the divert to be immeadiate (not on busy or after n rings).

Any ideas

TIA

Hi

This can be done via a SAB (System Abbreviated Dialling) entry.

eg: Program SAB index number "100" with the Mobile number including the route Access code. This is via the "RSAB, LSAB" commands.

At telephone, enter #*91 (I think) and then the SAB number (eg: 100) to register the immediate divert.

Give it a try if this suits.

gedii.
