Help! This file is dumping my hard drive! How do I stop it?

I do not understand what this file is and how to fix it.

What exactly happens when it dumps your HD?

If there's an error message, then what is its exact text(incl. 'Details')?

Thanks for responding but after being on the phone with Microsoft and Dell, I got it all straightened out. I do not know exactly what they did but it is taken care of.
