MMC - Temporary directory not found

So I was 'cleaning up' Windows 2000 Server and deleted a bunch of .tmp files in the WINNT directory and in the USERPROFILE\Local Settings\Temp directory. Now I cannot access any Administrative Tools. Anyone have a solution for this? Thanks.

Solution found. Went to Environment Variables to make sure paths were good to temp directories and hit 'OK'. Thanks.
