MMC.exe gives No Such Interface Supported error.

I have a server that when I run dsa.msc it opens up just fine. The problem is when I click on the find button within AD I get -

Active Directory -
windows cannot create the Find dialog box:
No such interface supported.


All I can find on this is IIS fixes for IIS msc but this server does not have IIS installed.

It is a simple DNS/Fileserver
