MMC.exe causing system to hang.

Running on a brand new install of 2003 server.
In the Event Viewer, I see the following error:
"Hanging Application mmc.exe. Version 5.2.3790.3959, hang module, hungapp, Version 0.0.0.0, Hang Address 0x00000000"

Anyone dealt with anything like this before?

Had this happen to me on one server. I upgraded to MMC v3 and the problem went away..(may not be the perfect solution.. but)
