Getting this error and unable to find a solution. Someone please help.

MMC could not create the snap-in. The snap-in might not have been installed correctly.

Check to make sure you have your PATH variables set up correctly. as per

Thanks, we have been having various problem with this server, it actually crashed 2 days ago and had to be re-loaded and all the problems went away.
