MMail 13.14 No Express Messaging ?

MMail 13.14.2, Card option, 6 ports Full service, set up as that, Options : AMIS, outcalling, VMUIF, voice menus, integ mailbox admin, 6 voice channels.
When I try to set the Express Messaging Service, the option is not there. Am I missing the point ? I thought that it was a default service, or do I need to purchase additional packages for it ?
I've set-up several MMails and never found one missing this feature.

sounds not very funny to me.what about going into tools. chekn it out ther. maybe you'llhave to verifi the paper work aginst the, deliverd software. maybe someone missed it in design may the force be with you
