mm720 Bri S8300/G700 unable to dial out

Hi,
We have an issue with unable to dial out from ann MM720 BRI module used for video conf, but can receive incoming calls see error below :

system is s8300/g700 sw 3.1

I am no definity expert but TTR unavailable looks like a problem with touch tone recievers. I think on the Definity it comes from the tone clock. At least in the older ones it did.
