MM720 BRI French ICLID display

I recently installed a system in France (G350 with S8300C LSP) linked to a CM 3.1.4 based in the Netherlands). Prior to the conversion from their Eurogeneris system they were receiving ICLID beginning with a '0' (ex: 0499242526). They are now dropping the lead 0. I assume this may be a setting on the trunk group form (3 BRI lines from France Telecom). We used the settings from our Bologna , ITA office as the template.

Any thoughts?
