I'm using a MM711AP at one of our clinical locations as a trunk card. For the past 2-3 days, the users have been complaining that calls are dropping as soon as they pickup the call. As anyone had any troubles with this circuit pack being used as a trunk card? Thanks In Advance.

could be a firmware issue on either the MM711 module or the S8300....i would submit a ticket to your BP or avaya to have a look at it
