MM711 not showing up in endpoint editor

New installation of a G430 with EM200 (I'm deployment, not the one who spec'd the system). when using the command "Display Media-g xx" it shows M711 in V3, V5 and V6. when I go to assign a DID to the ports, the cards and associated ports aren't showing up in the endpoint editor. Is there a command I need to run to get system manager to recognize them so I can use them? I'm newish and learning, but I seem to forget the less used commands.

Update, just needed to incremental sync the CM as it was placed after the last sync.

For a better long term solution, turn on CM Notify (it's a better feature than traditional syncs).
